My creation
The Way of Shinkofa
真の歩 (Shin-Ko-Fa) — "The True Step". A methodology I created by blending African Sankofa wisdom, Japanese Bushido philosophy, modern neuroscience, and ancestral spiritual traditions.
Let's be transparent: what made this creation possible is artificial intelligence. With over 12 years of coaching and experience across all these fields, I had the vision — but AI gave me the ability to create expert assistants in disciplines that would take years to master alone.
My diverse skills give me the big-picture vision and precision in design. AI brings the technical depth. Together, that produces a solid, robust system — one I first built to help myself.
