Work together

You bring what is stuck. I fix what can be fixed.

A tool that doesn’t suit you, an organisation that creaks, a wish to move forward your own way. I look from the outside, tell you what I see, and build when building is the right answer.

A tuner doesn’t change the instrument. They tune it for the one who plays it.

I do the same with digital tools, and with the way people organise themselves.

I tune digital tools to the way people actually work.

What I do

Three ways to work together

For a person, a team or an organisation. Each one starts from your real situation, never from a catalogue.

Consulting

When"My organisation is stuck and I can’t see where."

What I do
I look from the outside at how you really work, and tell you what holds you back, even if it is uncomfortable.
What you get
A clear diagnosis and a written plan: what is worth changing, and in which order.

21 years of entrepreneurship, with advice given in Europe, America, Morocco and Dubai.

Building

When"A tool does not suit me, and I am the one adapting to it."

What I do
I adjust the tool you have, or build the one that fits you: an app, an automation, a website.
What you get
A working tool, tested and explained, that you or your team actually use.

Example: Kanee’N Beauty, a booking platform built for a beautician. See the workshop

Coaching

When"I want to move forward in line with how I work."

What I do
I support you without squeezing you into a model. I tell you what I see, and hand you back your part.
What you get
Regular conversations, a clear direction, and tools that hold up without me.

Over 13 years of coaching, in business as well as in esports.

Not sure which one to pick? That’s normal: the first conversation already helps you see more clearly.

How it works

Four steps, and nothing starts without your agreement

No price displayed: every situation is different. The price is written down, in black and white, before anything begins.

  1. You write to meA few lines about your situation, or a time slot you pick directly.
  2. The first conversationFree45 to 60 minutes by video. We see whether your situation is within my reach, and whether our ways of working fit. It is not yet a diagnosis.
  3. The quoteMade for you, case by case. If your situation first needs an in-depth diagnosis, it is included. You take the time to decide.
  4. We move forwardRegular check-ins. You see what is progressing, with evidence.

Frequently asked questions

What people often ask me

Who is this for?

Any person, team or organisation that feels something is holding them back and wants an outside view to see it. What matters is the wish for something to move.

How does the first conversation go?

45 to 60 minutes by video call. It is a first contact: you describe your situation and we look at two things. Is it a situation I can analyse and help solve? And do our ways of working fit? It is free and without commitment: if it doesn’t fit, we part on good terms.

Is the first conversation a diagnosis?

No. A real diagnosis is an audit: it takes time, research and analysis, and that time is billed. Depending on your situation, it is part of the quote. The first conversation only tells us whether we can work together.

Why is no price displayed?

Because no two situations are alike. A displayed price would be wrong for almost everyone. The quote is made for you, and written before we begin.

Consulting, building or coaching: how do I know?

You don’t have to. The first conversation helps you see more clearly, and the diagnosis, if needed, makes it precise. Sometimes it is a mix of the three.

Online or in person?

Mostly by video call. In-person can be arranged depending on the place.

How long does it last?

There is no fixed duration. Sometimes a few sessions are enough to unblock one point; sometimes it is support over several months. We decide together.

Do I need to know about AI or technology?

No. AI assists me on certain tasks only: saving time on research, formatting and writing code. It replaces neither my experience, nor my analysis, nor my critical judgement. On your side, the conversation is human.

Do I need a diagnosis or a label to come?

No. No label is required. We start from what you’re going through, not from a box.

Tell me what’s stuck.

A few lines are enough. I reply, and we see together whether I can help. No chasing.
