The workshop

Everything I've built, and what it solves.

Every tool was born from a friction I lived through. I build it for myself first; if it holds up in my life, it can hold up in yours. The failed attempts are here too: they taught the next ones.

Shinkofa, the app that carries my vision

The friction: every digital tool imposes a single way of being, the same for everyone.

What I'm building: a free and open browser that tunes itself to the person. It blocks ads, tidies tabs, suggests breaks to breathe, times work sessions and follows the day's energy. The rest arrives brick by brick.

Under construction, already realFree

The tools, one by one

For each one: the starting friction, what I built, what it changes, and the proof.

10 tools

Kobo

Personal tool
Browser, computer and phone
The friction

Fifteen tools open for a single day: one to write, one to edit, one to publish, one for the calendar, one for clients.

What I built

One single workshop: several AIs, carousels and videos, publishing to eight networks, calendar, client follow-up, capturing my ideas.

What it changes

What took hours of juggling now happens in one place.

The Koshin Assistant

Personal tool
Android phone
The friction

To-do apps open on what is overdue. From the first minute, the day starts in debt.

What I built

A voice or text assistant that opens on "right here, right now": one thing suggested, the energy of the day, home screen widgets.

What it changes

The day starts with an action, not with guilt. "Overdue" exists nowhere.

The friction

Typing what you think faster than you can write it.

What I built

Voice dictation that writes straight where the cursor is, in any application.

What it changes

Thought moves at the speed of speech. It was my first anti-friction tool.

Hikari Stream

Open source
Computer
The friction

Four programs to hold together for a single live stream, and they do not talk to each other.

What I built

One single cockpit: scenes, chat, moderation, alerts, a permanent overlay.

What it changes

Fewer windows, fewer breakdowns mid-stream. Free for everyone.

Hoso

Closed testOpen source
Android phone
The friction

Streaming a mobile game takes extra hardware, or hidden settings.

What I built

An app that streams the screen, the game sound and the microphone, straight to Twitch.

What it changes

A phone is enough.

Boken

Browser and computer
The friction

Hours of play spent blind, betting on the right choice.

What I built

A companion for Dofus: the game data, the calculations, progression and sourced advice.

What it changes

It removes the gamble, not the thinking.

756 commits

~2,100 tests written

Kakusei

In use
Browser
The friction

Training that sees the player, never the person.

What I built

An esports platform that takes into account how each player thinks, their energy and their style.

What it changes

Players progress according to who they are.

Shizen

In use
Browser and phone
The friction

Digital companions that all answer the same way.

What I built

A personal AI companion that adjusts to the person instead of reciting a method.

What it changes

You are understood before you are advised.

The adaptation module

Open source
A building block for other tools
The friction

Rigid interfaces, designed for a single way of seeing and reading.

What I built

An engine any tool can embed, so each person sets the display to their own measure, once and for all.

What it changes

The screen tunes itself to the person. It is what adjusts this site, through the round button at the top.

Kanee'N Beauty

Client platform
A beautician, in Martinique
The friction

Appointments handled by hand, and double bookings with another booking platform.

What I built

Booking of up to five treatments per session, 64 services, treatment courses, subscription and automatic double-booking prevention.

What it changes

She works her way, not the way of an off-the-shelf software.

The road travelled

Since November 2025, failures included

An archived project is not a failure. It is often the draft of the next one: Hibiki, Koshin and Shinkofa each had a first version.
