Shinkofa — The ecosystem that didn't exist
Highly sensitive, multipotential and neurodivergent people never had a digital platform designed for them. Punishing ergonomics, streak logic, social comparison, cluttered interfaces. I built Shinkofa from scratch: coaching, adaptive tracking, organization tools. Three platforms in production, designed and developed solo.

Kakusei — The performance management esport never had
Esport coaches and team managers do their job in spreadsheets and Discord threads. No structured player tracking, no centralized team communication, no professional tools. Kakusei changes that: individual tracking, coach tools, team performance management. And because esport performance isn't only technical, Kakusei also includes cognitive training — reflexes, focus, mindset, physical. What traditional sports have done for decades, finally accessible to players.

Hibiki Dictate — The voice dictation that understands how you speak
Standard dictation tools correct for the average. Accents, specific vocabulary, particular intonations — anything outside the norm is poorly transcribed. Hibiki is a calibrated dictation app: it adapts to your voice, your vocabulary, your context. Five successive versions, each more accurate than the last.
Hoso — Mobile streaming without the impossible trade-offs
On some phones and some games, mobile streaming was simply impossible: game sound or mic sound, never both. The overlay kept cutting the stream. I built Hoso, a native Android app that removes these blockers at the source. Clean mobile stream, sound intact, working overlay.
Lyrics Generator — Lyrics with a personality
Lyrics generated by standard tools are generic — no depth, no personality. I built a generator that knows the user's musical world and weaves their personality into every suggestion. The lyrics they get are their own, not those of a model that never listened to them.
Rise of Kingdoms Bot — Alliance recruitment finally handled seriously
In large Rise of Kingdoms alliances, recruitment is done by hand, with no proper tool. I built a Discord bot paired with a web interface, with the features that didn't exist: candidate profiles, selection criteria, recruitment tracking. What professional HR does, adapted to esport.
AI Workers — Automating repetitive tasks
Complete workflows handled by AI agents: monitoring, writing, data processing, automated pipelines. What used to take hours now runs in the background.
