In November 2025, Jay had never written a single line of code. Consultant, coach and solution architect for over 20 years, he decided to use artificial intelligence to bring his vision to life. In 6 months, alone, without resources, he built what follows. This document is the complete inventory — every project, every feature, every stack.

From the first line of code to a commercial ecosystem in production
First line of code. Claude Code discovered. 10 projects launched in 3 weeks. LesPetitsLiens integrates Stripe in PHP — first payment integration 8 days after the first repo.
Reusable components with an NPM package of brain training games, first content management tool, first desktop app (Hibiki alpha). The foundations of the shared library emerge.
Major architectural decision: monorepo. Shared backend, component library, Shizen. Michi reaches commercialization with Stripe, webhooks and complete TypeScript checkout.
The most intense month. 8+ simultaneous projects. theermite.com, Takumi-T (808 commits/month), Hibiki PySide6, Koshin multi-LLM. Streaming app built from scratch — functional MVP, abandoned strategically.
Architectural maturity. MNK-GoRin formalized. Monorepo → standalone migration without downtime. Michi-Shinkofa and Michi-Niwa launched. 11+ active projects simultaneously — all-time record.
Everything converges. Kakusei reaches commercial stage in 4 days. 23 custom MCP servers created. First mobile (Kotlin/Android). First Elixir/Phoenix. 5 platforms covered. First open-source project published.
